Fashion designer Layla Chatoor launches her latest Eid Pret Collection in Karachi. Layla showcased her one day exhibition at the brand’s Karachi studio. Layla Chatoor used distinct and detailed embroidery designs which adorned on luxe fabrics with Indian Maheswari and Chikankari, crochet, laces and embossed cotton nets. The Eid Collection also used tatami embroidered motifs, marrori work with fine chained stiches and the designer’s signature gaara filled thread work. Pierre Cardin in Construction Designing
Fashion designer Pierre Cardin now trying his craft in designing skyscraper Palaise Lumiere with the help of architect nephew, Rodrigo Basilicati. The skyscraper will be located in Venice, in the former industrial area of Porto Marghera. The 245m tall building boasts a 60-storey construction featuring three fin-shaped towers knitted together through a set of six horizontal steel discs.
